I took these photos from 2006 to 2011 in the Southwest Baltimore neighborhood known as SoWeBo. The boundaries for my project were Baltimore Street to the north, the railroad tracks to the south, Martin Luther King Boulevard to the east and Monroe Street to the West.
This is an on going project. I am attempting to compile a cultural and architectural time capsule, capturing those places and traditions, whether remarkable or mundane, most likely to disappear.
